Mobility Legal was established in 2003 to provide truly accessible, affordable and attainable legal expertise for residents of Southern Vancouver Island.

The founder of Mobility Legal Julie Donati, is qualified, experienced, down to earth and approachable.  She takes a straightforward and practical approach to the business of law: “have reasonable fees, honest pricing, and flexible service delivery”.

With flexible hours, broad geographical service delivery and unique pricing and payment structure, clients have come to appreciate this new approach to legal services.  
The Mobility team provides a unique blend of expertise and care for  clients that is a refreshing change from what you may have come to expect from traditional law firms.
Julie Donati has over 18 years of experience serving the families of Vancouver Island and is a member of the Law Society in the Province of British Columbia in good standing as well as a member of Hear the Child Society and the Trial Lawyers Association of BC.
Mobility Legal is also an active supporter of the South Island community, giving back where they live by providing legal advice and support for various community initiatives.
Serving southern Vancouver Mobility Legal offers day, evening and weekend appointments along with a flat rate pricing structure for many basic legal services.
